Triple Berry Crisp
A delicious dessert made with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, topped with a crunchy oat mixture.

unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
Add granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir gently until the berries are well coated.
In another bowl, mix rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Pour in the melted butter and mix until the dry ingredients are evenly coated and crumbly.
Spread the berry mixture in an even layer in a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the berry mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
Once baked, allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, and drizzle with a little honey for added sweetness. Garnish with fresh mint for a pop of color!
