Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped green onions, egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, whisk together honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Allow it to simmer for about 3-5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Once the meatballs are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the Sriracha honey glaze until fully coated.
For extra caramelization, return the glazed meatballs to the oven and broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
For a lighter option, use ground turkey instead of beef.
