Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium mixing bowl.
Using a fork, mash the avocado until desired creaminess is reached (leave some chunks for texture).
Add the diced mango, finely chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
Drizzle the fresh lime juice over the mixture.
Season with salt, pepper, and ground cumin if using.
Gently fold all the ingredients together until well combined but still chunky.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more lime juice or salt as desired.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or cover with plastic wrap pressed directly against the surface to prevent browning.
Notes
Serve in a colorful bowl, garnished with cilantro leaves and lime slices.
