Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
In another bowl, pour in the plant-based milk.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the milk, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it in the seasoned almond flour mixture. Place the coated cauliflower bites on the prepared baking sheet.
Once all the florets are coated, drizzle olive oil over the bites to help them crisp up in the oven.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Adjust the cayenne pepper for your preferred heat level.
