Pesto Chicken Flatbread Delight

Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the basil pesto, ensuring that the chicken is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the pesto chicken mixture evenly over each flatbread.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pesto chicken layer.
Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped Kalamata olives on top of the cheese.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the assembled flatbreads for added flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbreads are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and, if desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze before slicing.
Notes
Balsamic glaze is optional for added flavor.
