Instructions
Begin by rimming your glasses with lime juice and dipping them into coarse salt, if desired. Set aside.
In a blender, combine the diced mango, chopped jalapeño, lime juice, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth.
Strain the mango-jalapeño mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher to remove any pulp. This will give your mocktail a smooth texture.
Fill your prepared glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the mango-jalapeño mixture over the ice, filling each glass halfway.
Top off each glass with sparkling water or club soda, gently stirring to combine.
Garnish with fresh lime wedges and mango slices for an extra touch.
Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing, spicy flavor!
