Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots
A delicious side dish of roasted baby carrots glazed with honey and garlic.

baby carrots, peeled

honey
3
cloves
garlic, minced

tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoon
fresh thyme, chopped

dried thyme
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper

sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Add the baby carrots to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the honey garlic mixture.
Spread the carrots out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Optional sesame seeds can be added for garnish.
