In a large bowl, combine the halved radishes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until the radishes are well-coated.
Spread the seasoned radishes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the radishes.
Return to the oven and roast for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the radishes are tender and the cheese is golden and melted.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
