Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cut sweet potato strips with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Sprinkle the ground cinnamon, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the fries. Toss them again until all the sweet potatoes are fully coated with the seasoning.
Spread the fries out in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are not overcrowded to promote crispiness.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
