Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Greek yogurt. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
Add the chopped celery, halved grapes, and chopped walnuts to the bowl. Mix gently to incorporate.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the dill, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and mix until everything is well combined and evenly coated.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the chicken salad on a bed of romaine lettuce or between slices of whole grain bread for a delicious sandwich.
