Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then chop into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and chopped green onions to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
Fold in the cooked shrimp and mix gently until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve with tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices for dipping.
