Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs and mashed avocado.
Add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to the bowl, stirring gently to combine without mashing the eggs too much.
Sprinkle in the finely chopped green onion and garlic powder, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything together until all ingredients are well incorporated and creamy.
Take a lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the avocado egg salad mixture onto the center of the leaf.
Fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the filling and serve immediately.
