Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, brown sugar, applesauce, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry oat mixture, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the diced apples, nuts, and raisins or cranberries.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
Notes
Serve warm with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup on top, and sprinkle with extra cinnamon. Garnish with apple slices for an attractive touch!
